Mukasa Najib, known in the fashion world as Bobbin Case and The Fabric Murderer, is a Ugandan fashion designer and visual artist who uses fashion as social critique, memory and community.
Working from Kampala, Najib transforms discarded sisal sacks and recyclable materials into internationally acclaimed avant-garde collections, challenging how Africa sees itself through clothing, and how the world sees Africa through fashion.
